1. DTF Print Pricing (for RRHC existing or customer submitted images)
Printer max width: 12"
Size Price
Small (up to ~5x5") $4
Medium (up to ~9x12") $8
Large (up to 12x12") $12
Over 12x12" (length only) $12 + $1 per inch over 12"
Odd or narrow shapes (e.g. tall-and-skinny designs that don't use the full 12" width) are priced individually — please message for a quote before ordering.
2. File Prep / Edit Fee
$10 flat — for any customer-submitted image that needs tweaking, editing, or fixing before it's print-ready (resizing, background removal, color correction, cleanup, etc.).
3. Custom Design Fee
$25 flat, which includes:
Up to 1.5 hours of design time
Two rounds of correction/change requests on the draft
Requirements & policy:
Customer must provide a highly detailed description of what they want on the order form before design work begins.
No refunds once the first draft has been submitted to the customer.
If the customer wants changes beyond the two included rounds, the $25 design fee applies again.
A request to scrap the draft entirely and start a different concept counts as a new design, not a "correction" — new fee applies.
Extremely complex requests may be quoted separately rather than the flat fee.
4. Pressing Fee (customer supplies the shirt)
First press location: $5
Each additional location (e.g. front + back): $3
5. Garment Condition Policy
Customer-supplied shirts must be clean and free of perfume, fabric softener, and dryer sheet residue — these interfere with the transfer's ability to properly adhere. RRHC reserves the right to decline or charge extra for shirts that are heavily scented/treated, since a failed press on a compromised shirt can't be fixed after the fact. If a garment requires washing before it can have the print pressed onto it, there will be a $10 fee.
6. Design Ownership
Any design created by RRHC for a custom order remains the property of RRHC, even after your item is made and sold to you. Unless we've agreed otherwise in writing beforehand, I reserve the right to reuse, reprint or resell a design I created — for other customers, in my catalog, on social media, etc.
The one exception: if your design includes private or personal information (names, photos, personal dates, etc.), that specific personalization won't be reused or resold.
If you bring me an idea, concept or request and I turn it into an actual design, the finished design is mine from that point forward — bringing the idea doesn't make you the owner of the artwork. If you'd like exclusive rights to a design, that's something we can discuss and price separately before I start.
